Our expertise
Our family owned and run property is also our home, and we’re delighted to welcome you. The Safari Cottages combine over 90 years of our industry knowledge to produce a high-quality safari experience from every aspect; we’ve spent our lives building and running camps and lodges in Southern and East Africa. When it comes to safaris, we know what works, what doesn’t and we know what really matters.
Private vehicle & chef
Unlike traditional safari camps we’ve created a space and experience that is entirely crafted around you. Your safari cottage is completely private and your stay with us includes a private chef, house manager and exclusive use of a safari game viewing vehicle and professional guide at no extra cost. Luxury, for us, means so much more than air conditioning or tv’s in bedrooms.
Wildlife & conservation
We’re located in the wilderness area of the award-wining Ol Pejeta Conservancy; a 30 minute flight or 4 hour drive from Nairobi. The conservancy is internationally recognised for its proactive and innovative approach to conservation and is home to an impressive array and abundance of wildlife including the Big Five and the last two remaining Northern White Rhinos in existence.
